Privacy policy

This policy describes how we handle the personal data you send us through the contact form on tou.cz.

What data we process

The data you fill in on the form: name, company, email, phone, selected topics and the text of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

• Purpose: to answer your inquiry and arrange an intro meeting.
• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering an inquiry you sent us yourself (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep the data

12 months from receiving the inquiry. If we agree to work together, further processing is governed by the contract and our legal obligations.

Who we share the data with

To deliver the message we use Resend (processor, email delivery). We do not sell your data or pass it on to anyone else.

We protect the form from bots and abuse. When you submit it, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is not being filled in by a bot, and processes your IP address and technical data about your browser to do so. To limit the number of submissions, we briefly keep your IP address (10 minutes) and the email address we send the confirmation to (24 hours) in Upstash. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email to start@tou.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).

The Czech version of this policy is the binding one.
