Vít's journey to entrepreneurship is shaped by a diverse and rich professional background. After earning his medical degree, Vít recognized that the traditional healthcare system lacked the space for the innovative thinking and independence he craved. This realization prompted his transition from medicine to the world of marketing.
While still completing his medical studies, Vít embarked on his marketing career, quickly establishing himself as a versatile marketer and strategist. His role as Chief Marketing Officer at GINA Software saw him develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, leading the company to significant achievements, including winning the Technology Fast 50 award. During his tenure, Vít played a key role in several majorsuccesses, such as collaborating with Motorola Solutions on projects across the globe, winning the prestigious United Nations SDG Awards, and even presenting alongside Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, during his first visit to the Czech Republic.
Vít further honed his marketing expertise at Business Factory, where he specialized in Facebook Ads management and PPC optimization through the ROI Hunter platform. Here, Vít worked with an impressive portfolio of clients, including global brands such as BMW, Citroën, Peugeot, Erste Group, and Grupa Allegro. His efforts contributed to highly successful performance marketing campaigns that significantly boosted these brands' online
presence and sales.
Beyond his corporate roles, Vít founded Evermo, a Czech fashion label that focuses on luxury, handcrafted accessories and clothing. He is also the CEO and Co-Founder of the marketing agency Four Bros, where his leadership has helped hundreds of clients achieve their business goals. Vít’s entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with his extensive marketing experience, enables him to help numerous brands and businesses scale online, always prioritizing a deep understanding of customer needs and delivering measurable results.
Today, as the founder of ToU Innovation, Vít continues to work with the same passion and strategic insight that have defined his career.
